The installation features Vanderlande's TUBTRAX Individual Carrier System coupled with BAGSTORE automated storage and retrieval racks. Operating at a capacity of 9,000 bags per hour, the facility incorporates energy-regenerative linear motors that reduce electrical consumption by 28% compared to traditional belt conveyor sortation.

The system integrates seamlessly into Schiphol's central baggage control software, ensuring strict tracking from check-in to aircraft containerization.
